Perfect for special occasions, this delectable cake brings artisanal charm to your dessert table. Abundant with shredded carrots, crushed pineapple, coconut and pecan pieces, it’s topped with a hand-spread cream cheese frosting made with icing sugar and butter, leaving the edges undone for perfectly imperfect rustic appeal. The carrot cake is pre-made, so this is a great option to grab in store when you’re on the go. You can top it with whatever you like – walnuts, banana slices, orange zest, etc.
